I walked in Universal Tile on Murphy Road in Hartford, I didn’t have a clue about how to shop for tile. I greeted by Kevin and showed and talked me through on how to get the right color tile for my kitchen. He made my experience comfy and easier than what I anticipated. I had a great experience working with this tile company for my bathroom project! Choosing tile can be overwhelming, but Kate and Patty were so helpful in this process. They were incredibly patient, listened to my ideas, and helped me find the perfect look. Their expertise and excellent customer service made all the difference.
