I walked in Universal Tile on Murphy Road in Hartford, I didn’t have a clue about how to shop for tile. I greeted by Kevin and showed and talked me through on how to get the right color tile for my kitchen. He made my experience comfy and easier than what I anticipated. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for tile and or flooring, stop by Universal Tile on Murphy Road in Hartford, you will find what you need with a friendly Staff.

I had a great experience working with this tile company for my bathroom project! Choosing tile can be overwhelming, but Kate and Patty were so helpful in this process. They were incredibly patient, listened to my ideas, and helped me find the perfect look. Their expertise and excellent customer service made all the difference. I love how it turned out and will absolutely use them again!

After touring numerous establishments in search of tiles and ceramics, we finally arrived at Universal Ceramics. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Guillermina, who, besides being bilingual, is an extraordinary person. He gave us exceptional advice, answered all our questions and helped us clarify many doubts during the selection process.

Thanks to their guidance and patience, we were able to choose the perfect ceramics for our project. We are very grateful and happy to have met her.

We highly recommend Universal Ceramics and, in particular, Guillermina, without any reservation. Thank you very much for all your help, professionalism and dedication.

We have been to Universal Tile multiple times over the past year during our home renovation.
Each time we were treated with care and respect, and everyone had our best interest at heart. Our contractor recommended Universal, and we are so glad he did.
